Weekly Reports

Introduction
Effective parent communication can turbocharge your classroom management or school culture systems. Most parents want to reinforce behavior expectations at home, but lack the information about how their student is doing from week to week. With LiveSchool’s weekly reports, you can establish consistent parent communication without daily texts and phone calls.
LiveSchool generates weekly reports that you can print and share with students and parents. By default, these reports generate each Friday at 12pm. However, if your school is using LiveSchool Premium, your “earnings week" may end on a different day and time – check with your administrator.
How to Access Weeky Reports
You can access weekly reports for any student or class roster. Here’s how to get started:
  1. Click on the top left and select Weekly Reports mode
  2. By default, you will access the most recent week's report – if you’d like an older report, use the arrows on the top right
  3. Select a student or use the Select All button on the bottom left to select the whole class
  4. Click Access Reports
Your ready-to-print reports will be generated in a new tab!

Mass Print for Your Grade or School
Note: Only Premium sites can access mass printing by grade or school
With mass printing, you will be able to click a button to access weekly reports for an entire grade of students, organized into homeroom or advisory. To use this feature, you will need to set “Print Groups" that tell LiveSchool how to organize your PDFs.
To learn how to set print groups, click Watch Video on the right.
Once you set print groups, accessing weekly reports for an entire grade is easy! Here’s how:
  1. Log in to the Admin Panel
  2. Click Reports
  3. On the left-hand side, select the week you want to print
  4. Click Print Grade to pull up an entire grade’s reports, organized by print group
